When you use or book any service from our website/application, you enter a Contract with the company. You need to read through all the terms and conditions stated on this page before being able to use these services.
For the contracted services through this website, some advance payment shall be made to hold the booking on confirmation basis and the full payment needs to reach us at least one month prior to your departure, before the commencement of the services. The management staff will be responsible to decide the amount to be paid as an advance to hold the booking, based on the nature of the service needed as well as the time left in the commencement of the service.
Mode Of Payment
Payments can be made with the help of Cash, Wire Transfer to our bank, or through Master/Visa credit cards or even online through our payment gateway. In case of payment through credit card, a small amount of bank processing fee would be applicable on the amount being paid by credit cards.
The prices given for our services are on the per person basis with shared twin/double room occupancy. Items of personal nature are not included such as laundry, wines, beverages, passport and visa fees, insurance, etc. unless specifically stated in the package inclusions. Prices are precise at the time of registration; however since airfares tend to fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, the package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of a human or machine error, the company will provide you with the corrected invoice for the correct price of the service.
Comfort my Travel may offer reduced pricing/ offers on certain products or services. Reduced pricing/Offers apply only to new bookings. Bookings where payment of at least a deposit has been received are not entitled to reduce pricing/offers.
In case of cancellation of any service after the first payment instalment and before the date of second instalment deposit, the entire amount paid in the first deposit will be non-refundable.
In cancellation after the second and before the final instalment date, the total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable. Any amount that you have paid after and over this amount would be refundable.
In case of cancellation after the final payment has been done, the whole amount will be non-refundable.
Comfort my Travel offers information and travel related services offered by the various service providers like airlines, hotels, transportation, helicopters, etc. which may be requested through a phone call or via visiting our website or our application, which can be downloaded by you on your smartphones. All services provided to you by the portal by different means of the use of your booking channel, are referred to as ‘Services.’

You need to provide all the basic information asked by the company along with final payment. If you fail to supply the required information for air tickets, tours, permits, or other inclusions, you will be also liable for any costs, fees or losses including failure to provide that inclusion. The company will not be held responsible for any fees you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced, or any incomplete information that you provided.

We are your travel organizers only. We do not control, own or operate any airline; neither do we have control over any other service providers such as the hotels, transportations, or any other service or company mentioned in our brochures. Our task is to take care of selecting and adding the best ingredients from different travel related sources to make you a tour package. Hence, we shall not be held responsible to any injury, death, loss or damage caused due to or in the premises of these service providers arising outside our normal selection process.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You accept and agree to assume all the risk which is associated with the services and further abide by all terms and conditions of Comfort My Travel as described herein and on the brochures on our website/application. In case of an event of illness, accident, extreme weather conditions, any political or other factor beyond our control, you will not hold the company, its employees or its associates responsible for any damage. You understand that you are travelling on your own risk.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All these terms and conditions are subject to the India law and order.
